Shipping
You can track your order by going on the mail carrier's website and using the unique tracking number provided by Isorene Horatia. The tracking number can be found on your order confirmation. Domestic orders are shipped by [delivery company]. All other International orders are shipped via [delivery company].
Return and Refund
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that the following products are not eligible for return: [list of items].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.
